Tonight I made Very Green Frittata (with Chard) from another of the Moosewood Cookbooks--Moosewood Classics. I also roasted some potatoes--yum. One kid loved it, one kid gagged it down in order to get crackers for a bedtime snack. Both parents loved it--local eggs, local greens, local cheese, local potatoes...we're loco for local when we can get it. Ya gotta love Moosewood.
