I understand this concept and I'm sure it makes a lot of sense for many people. I've always been playingly teased by friends and family that we don't have a 2nd fridge or freezer in the garage. Lack of space notwithstanding, I just don't see the need for it. Unless it is for something like this new venture for you, Aj.

And I agree with you, Kathy on the freezability of some things. Michelle's been know to prep stuff a day or maybe two in advance and keep it in the fridge, but I don't know about so much freezer food. I also keep reading "the same marijuana sauce" instead of what you wrote. It just ... pops out that way at me on the screen. Hmmm...

You'll be quite happy to know that drenrecipes.com and drencooks.com (as in "Dren Cooks!?" are available.

OK, I'm not a cook either and these groups seem like a great idea but I saw the "cooking once a month" cookbook once and it looked to me like everything was made with the same marinara sauce.

How on earth do you find recipes for stuff you can freeze without turning it to mush that aren't made with spaghetti sauce? And where do you learn what happens chemically to sour cream, hard boiled eggs and green peppers if you freeze them?

I wouldn't have the guts to join a group after last Sunday when the noodles in my chicken noodle soup turned to the consistency of wet bread in the slow cooker while we were at church. Thankfully, I hadn't invited anyone over for lunch! I admire your courage.
